Is there breakfast?

We used to offer our guests a full continental breakfast from 7:30am-11:00am, including hard-boiled eggs, custom pastries, and more. Because of COVID-19 protocols, we have recently halted our breakfasts.

General Hotel Policies

- We are a non-smoking property (in fact, the city of Laguna Beach as a whole does not tolerate smoking). Any presence or odor of smoke will result in a minimum charge.

-Our lobby is open from 7:30am-10:00pm daily.
- Any damages or disruptions on the property caused by you or your guests will be assessed involved monetary consequential fines. - We have a 48 hour cancellation policy so if you do choose to cancel a reservation, it must be done at least 2 days before your stay.

Is the beach close?

We are located on the ocean side of PCH, and we are just a one minute walk from Laguna’s Agate Street Beach. There is additionally a newly remodeled staircase behind our property that leads you to the shore.

We have our beach rentals that are rented for the day. Please contact our front desk to get pricing.

How do I ensure I get the best rate?

You can ensure that you have the best rate by booking directly through us either through our website or by calling/emailing the hotel. Often, there's more flexibility to adjustments and better chances of getting a better room type when you have a reservation through us.

Is there parking?

We do provide FREE on-site parking, with one spot per room reservation. Please note that if you do have more than one vehicle for your reservation, there is a $25 fee for each additional vehicle parked.

Do you offer packages for special occasions?

Yes we do and with various packages! For $65, we will prepare a wine bottle, a set of glasses, chocolates, and a welcome card prior to check-in. For $150, we will prepare everything in the aforementioned package with the addition of a flower bouquet, rose petal decor, San Pellegrino or other beverages, and extra treats. Please call us if you’re interested!

Is there a resort fee added?

No, we do not have any sort of resort fee! We are a small, independently-owned, boutique hotel with very transparent pricing. Thank you for supporting our local business! :)

Are pets allowed?

We are a dog-friendly hotel and we do not allow cats on the property. We charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee: $55 for dogs under 45 pounds and $65 for dogs weighing over 45 pounds. These fees apply per dog, per night. Pet vaccine records are required. You may email them to us or bring a physical copy upon check-in.
